I'm an Expressive Arts Therapist based in Grass Valley, offering Holistic Psychotherapy through Holos Institute. My work is to support individuals, couples, teens and family as they set goals, meet challenges and heal from difficult moments and patterns. I have training based in a variety of models and techniques including Expressive Arts, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness Meditation. I work particularly well with life transitions, depression and anxiety.
