Many clinicians struggle with the content of their treatment records.  They wonder, “Should I write a lot?  Should I write a little?  What really needs to be in my records?”  In this six-hour course, CAMFT Staff Attorney, Dave Jensen, J.D., will review the four fundamentals of the psychotherapy profession and review fundamental aspects of record keeping.
 
The course will meet requirements for six hours of CEU for LMFTs, LPCCs, LEPs, and/or LCSWs, or six hours of attendance for registered interns, trainees, and ASWs.  Sierra Foothills CAMFT is an approved CAMFT CEU provider (#97223) through California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
 
Important Notice:  Hand-outs will be emailed 2-days before the training. Please print and bring to the training.

Continuing Education and Course Completion Certificates may be emailed to participants.

There is a $10 late registration fee for attendees registering at the door, so be sure to register early!
 
The Sierra Foothills Chapter CAMFT will provide refunds to registrants up and until the close of registration, minus a $5 registration fee. There are no refunds after the close of registration.
