About Us
We are dedicated to the advancement of marriage, family, child and individual psychotherapy as an art, a science, and a mental health profession. California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) establishes and helps to maintain high standards of professional ethics and practice for its members. It supports continuing professional education and has an active legislative program designed to benefit both the profession and the consumer. CAMFT membership includes professionals in allied fields, as well as students and interns pursuing licensure. We provide our members the opportunity to network during the monthly meetings, and provide continuing education credits, for the professional development of our members.
The Sierra Foothills Chapter of CAMFT was officially chartered on January 22, 2010. We are dedicated to maintaining the high ethical and professional standards within our membership while serving the mental health needs of our community through networking, professional development and community involvement.
